Entry fee includes all four KCBS Meat categories, a 20 X 30 space, water, electric and free ice. All teams required to have a fire exinguisher. Teams will provide all necessary supplies for contest. No open pits can be dug in ground. Set up starts at 7:30 a.m. Friday.
We will provide 18-24 slabs of St. Louis style spare ribs to teams that wish to enter. Prepare ribs as you see fit and cut into individual bones to serve to the public. Teams must be in place by 10:30 a.m. Friday. We will provide insulated containers for finished ribs. We will collect the finished ribs at 5:00 p.m. for serving to the public. Judging by the public will be on a "BLIND" basis. There is no charge for participate. You must provide all sauces. rubs, cookware, etc. Would your team like to participate?
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the WellsvilleChamber of Commerce, and the City of Wellsville, their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me or my team in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the Wellsville Chamber of Commerce and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
